Mr Al came out Christmas Eve and replaced ancient pump to get heat up in our house it was 19 degrees. We deeply appreciate his service and his prompt response.

Worst

I advice does who have been con or cheat should make a police report on cheating make up a case. I can make sure he will be arrested. Andrew 9173496031

This is a very great company. I had my AC blowout during the summer and these guys came out, and got it back up and running again. The service was great, and the guys were really friendly. I definitely know who to call if this ever happens again. more

Had a problem with my wall heater and Al came out, on time, and after checking everything out he realized the thermostat was the problem and the heater was fine. He cleaned it and suddenly it worked! Sometimes wires get dirty and so forth. He showed me how to check the thermostat, put everything back together (5 minutes) and called it good. Didn't even charge me for driving out there. Now that IS AN HONEST BUSINESSMAN! More concerned with being fair and earning a lifelong client than charging me for my own stupidity. more

Had an emergency & called Al. He responded quickly& professionally - he wasn't available but sent one of his associates who obviously had the same work ethic & talent.He did a great job & had very reasonable pricing. Recommended them to a friend & he called as well. more

All staff from check- in, grounds keepers, house keeping, waitresses were wonderful. A great family vacation from friendly staff to free popcorn and snow cones- wonderful stay, would recommend to anybody. more

I wanted to write this note to show my gratitude for the wonderful service Al's Heating and Air provided to me in my time of need. It was Christmas eve and my boiler wasn't working. It got so cold and since I am an elderly woman of 86 years, I cannot tolerate those temperatures. I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Al's Heating so I called. I never really expected anyone would come out 9:00 at night on Christmas eve, but I tried anyway. I spoke to the service operator and she told me that she would pass the message on. Imagine my surprise when five minutes later, Al himself called back and said he would come as soon as he possibly could. Forty-five minutes later he was ringing my bell and was able to restore my heat for the holiday. The day after Christmas his crew returned to refurbish my antiquated (much like myself), heating system. Al""s Heating really responded to my needs quicky and professionally and I will be forever grateful. more

Writing this review based on work that was done at my mom's house. In the process of doing some remodeling she also wanted to replace what at my guess is the original furnace from when the house was built in the 50's. It was a monstrosity taking up an inordinate amount of space in the garage. The replacing of the furnace and all ductwork was done in about a day and half. And the crew was fairly friendly as well. The mere fact that it was done so fast is amazing if you could see some of the weird angles of the some of the ductwork in her garage. My mom would highly recommend them to anyone. As would I for their speed since I was the one at the house when they were working. more
