Had a problem with my wall heater and Al came out, on time, and after checking everything out he realized the thermostat was the problem and the heater was fine. He cleaned it and suddenly it worked! Sometimes wires get dirty and so forth. He showed me how to check the thermostat, put everything back together (5 minutes) and called it good. Didn't even charge me for driving out there. Now that IS AN HONEST BUSINESSMAN! More concerned with being fair and earning a lifelong client than charging me for my own stupidity.
