EVERY time my coworkers and I have ordered from there the guy on the phone is super rude and in response to one of the reviews we have never been rude to this mystery phone guy yet he is rude and gives this place a bad name! Their food is amazing! but they should take their staff to a customer service seminar! more

I have recently started eating here in the last 1 to 2 years and love it. They have awesome customer service, the food is great and fast. The shop is very comfortable and all items are fairly priced. I recently figured out that I dont even have to leave my office, just a simple call to Al's Coffee Shop and within 5 minutes my food is delivered (mind you i'm across the street). \r \r Now as far as the review that says the staff is rude, I have never ran into this issue. In fact everytime I have gone, they have bent over backwards to have friendly conversation with me. Only thing I can think of is that the customer was rude, so of course thier going to be rude back. Treat others the way you want to be treated, simple logic. more

VERY RUDE! One male in particular does not know how to speak to customers nicely. They lost my business. Their food is not good enough to be spoken to the way I was. If you go there be prepared to be abused. more

I eat here over 3xs a week. Delivery is the quickest I have ever seen. If you are hungry... choose it. Food is excellent! Very tasty, I order chicken and salad wraps, steak sandwiches, soups, and all their specials... I've never been disappointed. Owner and employees are amazing and will always put their customers satisfaction first... which I feel is the most important thing. more

In the past I would get salads with dirt and bugs in them, and more than one time with the butt of the lettuce mixed it. The good thing about Al's is that it is very cheap, and super fast delivery. I generally order from here when I'm starving and want to eat in 15 minutes. more

They're on the ground floor of my building. Great, great people. Good food. The pan con bistec is as good or better than what you would get at La Carreta or any typical cafeteria. Good coffee. Convenient :) more

This is a fantastic mom and pop cafe. A hidden gem in the gables. If you want good food for a good price wich is rare in the gables this is the place to go. Fast freindly ill be back for sure! more
