Review content:
I have recently started eating here in the last 1 to 2 years and love it. They have awesome customer service, the food is great and fast. The shop is very comfortable and all items are fairly priced. I recently figured out that I dont even have to leave my office, just a simple call to Al's Coffee Shop and within 5 minutes my food is delivered (mind you i'm across the street). \r

Now as far as the review that says the staff is rude, I have never ran into this issue. In fact everytime I have gone, they have bent over backwards to have friendly conversation with me. Only thing I can think of is that the customer was rude, so of course thier going to be rude back. Treat others the way you want to be treated, simple logic.
