I have lived in a complex that is managed by Alpine for the past two years. The condo fees are HIGH and the maintenance is terrible. For two years in a row, the snow plowing after storms has been terrible. After repeated calls to the manangement, it took on an average of four days for the lot to be cleared enough to drive -- still not a good job. Following the winter, there a huge pothole was created -- and it took over four months before they ""patched"" it -- and low and behold, it reappeared the following year. The side door latch was broken and it took over 6 weeks to fix it.
The maintenance is slip-shod and it appears that no one in the company cares.
I would love it if we got new managment!
