Alpine is the most honest company I've ever dealt with. I bought a foreclosure in Seymour that I was told had a radiator heating system that was completely destroyed when it was not winterized correctly. I had 4 HVAC companies give quotes to replace the entire heating system ranging from $20,000.00 to $29,000.00. One day while I was sitting in my car waiting to pick my son up from school, I was saw an Alpine truck drive by. I thought, well maybe that is a sign I should give Alpine a call to get a quote. Mike came out the next day. After he inspected the heating system he was confused as to why it needed to be replaced, only the pipes on the boiler had to be replaced! Mike was the only guy honest enough to tell us that the heating system did not have to be replaced! In addition to being so honest, Mike and his team were very reliable, on time, knowledgeable, friendly, everything was clean when they left and the price was so reasonable. We had them come back a couple weeks later to install a new oil tank. Also, all of the work had to be completed under strict FHA standards, as we were going through a FHA 203k Rehab loan. Mike and everyone in the office took the extra time to work with the bank and submit the paper work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Alpine! Mike is awesome! more

In 2012 I contracted Alpine to replace my Air Conditioning unit. They were wonderful. Timely, professional and friendly. So when I recently needed my Furnace replaced, I immediately turned to Alpine. We had a new boiler and indirect tank installed. They came on time started work immediately and finished in good time. They came well prepared which led to no down time in installation. The guys were very professional and and answered any of my questions along the way. They also made nice and clean plumbing connections as Mike stated to me they would. Alpine Heating & Cooling is unbelievable. They installed two furnaces, two humidifiers, two air conditioners, and a tank in just two days. Ten technicians arrived in fives trucks. That's the way to do it without inconveniencing anyone. They were professional and knowledgeable. Their work was perfect and I was amazed. I have used Krall at both my business and my personal residence for as far as I can remember. I have purchased New AC Units and Heating Units at all three of my prior and current residences and at my business from Krall and I have received nothing but the best service on both installs and emergency calls. Just recently my family moved to a new house and we needed the AC put in upstairs before the movers came. Mike, Dave, and Larry were great. They squeezed me in in 2 days when they were out at least 10 days for installs. I had just gotten my hardwood floors done and I couldn't even tell they were there when everything was finished. It was a 90 degree day outside and my attic must have been 20 degrees hotter and they made sure to finish the job on time so we could enjoy our AC on our first night in the house. We had called Mike Natolino to inquire about installing a new furnace, hot water heater and a humidifier. He was very courteous and walked us through the entire project. He came out to our home to advise us what he would do and we set up an appointment. The men were here early in the morning and completed the job by about 3:30 p.m. that same day. That was a lot of work to be completed in one day and they worked very efficiently and cleaned up completely. They also took out our old equipment. In all, we are very satisfied with the job and all equipment is working very well. We would highly recommend Alpine Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning equipment. more
