I would like to thank Mike Natalino and the staff of Alpine Heating and Cooling for their professional and attentive service in installing our new gas furnace. Mike worked with me in choosing a furnace which was a perfect fit for our home. I found that there were many companies which would tell me anything to get the sale but none followed through, none except Mike. His honesty, integrity, and technical experience far surpassed anyone else. His team of technicians are well qualified to recommend and follow through on whatever service is desired. Its difficult to find an honest sales person and company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide. more

Two days before Christmas our boiler was found emitting CO at dangerous levels. It required replacement. After calls to two other companies, Alpine Heating agreed to come out. In short order they rallied their resouces, and had three trucks at our house. They had a Burnham Series III boiler installed and running by that afternoon. Our first experience with Alpine was very happy - excellent and professional service. more

Im a new customer. A Burnham boiler with a Riello burner supplies the heat and domestic hot water in my home. I knew something wasnt right with my boiler that had been serviced for four years by our former oil company. I highly recommend Lenny at Alpine Oil as being a knowledgeable and conscientious burner/boiler man. I always chat with the men when theyre working and Lenny found two major problems that were never checked by the technicians of my former oil company. I know this for a fact as I never saw the other technicians open-up these two areas. Lenny also found a third problem in that they had installed the wrong nozzle in the burner. I believe my former oil company has technicians that either, dont care, dont know what theyre doing, or intentionally made the burner use more oil. Now my burner runs smoothly, quietly, and for very short periods of time. This is a major difference. Im certain the oil usage has been reduced considerably. I recommend Lenny at Alpine Oil for folks like me who are so frustrated theyre ready to change over to a maintenance-free electric boiler, as I was. Im completely satisfied. The employees worked extremely well together, to get the job done through the supervision of the service manager, Mike Natalino. Mike called and advised when his personnel were coming in time due. The workers were very neat and polite, and cleaned up after they did their work. Mike also explained the rebates available and prepared the forms complete with the information necessary. more

We were interested in replacing our heating system in a total renovation. Called multiple companies and received price quotes. Decided to purchase with Alpine due to the knowledgeable, professional sales rep Mike and we couldnt be happier. They showed up and delivered on time, performed as promised with professional workers, unlike some companies that use the cheapest labor possible. The workmen from Alpine Heating & Cooling were very conscientious and well-informed. They had confidence in what they were doing and took pride in their work. This was our first experience with this company. We thought the salesman/manager at Alpine was very knowledgeable. He took care to answer all of our questions. We had actually gone to a few other companies, and the salesmen at those places were just salesmen, they didn't have the technical knowledge or background like the people at Alpine did. I thought Alpine Heating and Cooling were very good, and I feel really blessed to have found them. I called them last year, along with a handful of other companies because I needed to have two furnaces replaced. I was aware that I had an illegal water heater with a U bend in the pipe that also needed replacing. I didn't say anything as the companies did their inspections. I was able to eliminate four companies immediately because they didn't even realize the water heater was an issue. Of the remaining three companies, all who gave me good quotes, I felt that Alpine was the best because not only did Michael recognize that the water heater was a huge potential problem, but he explained to me why and how it could be deadly. He recommended that I keep a carbon monoxide detector near it in case. He also wished he could take a picture of it to show his staff what not to do. Unfortunately, I realized I couldn't get the furnaces right then and there, so I asked Michael if he'd keep my information on record. I hoped my thirty-five year old furnaces would last through the winter. Thankfully they did. I called Michael this spring and he asked what had he quoted me and I told him and he said that would still be fine and went with the original quote. I thought that was amazing! We scheduled a time for the following week and a time. I didn't have to make any phone calls, eight men showed up at my house on the right day and time, at 7:30am and ready to work. They worked like a fine-oiled machine. I watched them the entire time and there were no bosses or supervises among them, they all just worked equally hard and well together. They worked constantly, sure the joked a few times and sang a little bit, but these guys kept working the entire time. I was very impressed. They knocked it out by 5:30 that night, completely done. They cleaned up after themselves, and did an outstanding job. I am very happy with the experience I received. I would definitely recommend them to anybody! I'd rate them all 10's if I could! M. Alpine Heating and Cooling are very personal and attentive to any problems we had during the process. A few issues did come up, but Alpine was so nice, and it didn't have to do with anything they did, but the manager gave us his personal number so we could reach him whenever we needed to. It's hard to come by that kind of service anymore. more
