I have used Krall at both my business and my personal residence for as far as I can remember. I have purchased New AC Units and Heating Units at all three of my prior and current residences and at my business from Krall and I have received nothing but the best service on both installs and emergency calls. Just recently my family moved to a new house and we needed the AC put in upstairs before the movers came. Mike, Dave, and Larry were great. They squeezed me in in 2 days when they were out at least 10 days for installs. I had just gotten my hardwood floors done and I couldn't even tell they were there when everything was finished. It was a 90 degree day outside and my attic must have been 20 degrees hotter and they made sure to finish the job on time so we could enjoy our AC on our first night in the house. Thanks again for the excellent service.
