Green and Professional 6/21/2012

Alpha has been in business for a long time, and will not just go away like so many other firms. Their sustainable and "green" approach appeals to me. Technicians are professional and careful around my plants and pets. I appreciate that they take time to review and answer questions. Although I receive quarterly treatment, it is nice to know that they are available for interim treatments if required. So far, there has bee no need to additional service. I recommend this company. more

Happy Customer and NO MORE ants!!! 6/20/2012

I contacted Alpha becuase of their "green" technology as we have cats. They said not to worry as their products are used in restaurants, hospitals and veterinarian clinics. When the tech showed up I had to grill him as I did the call center, but he was very patience and explained the whole process to me over again. He was nice, neat, through and actually it was a very fast process too! BONUS?.they even make appointments for the weekend, for us business professionals. I highly recommend Alpha for your home. more

i hate bugs - but love Alpha Ecological! 8/19/2011

This was our first experience with a pest control company - they were great!!! When I made the initial phone call I was told about everything they would do and they answered all of my questions. Their scheduling was great - they had appointments available the next day. When the representative came to our house he was on time, super polite and he did a great job. He gave us a lot of information - and we really appreciate that. I told my friends and familly about how happy we are with Alpha Ecological. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to work with a great company that cares about their customers and the environment. more

Ants are outside - where they belong 6/5/2011

We had a problem with ants this spring earlier than usual and appearing in places in our house tht they had never been before. The usual ant control remedies did not work so we knew we had to do something different. We also did not want to have to remove our pets or ourselves during this process. Scanning the yellow pages we discovered Alpha and the "green process" really appealed to us. We called; they came and returned for the follow-up in the scheduled time frame. We now have no more ants in the house and are scheduled for the monthly maintenance. During this process there was no problem with odor. Our children and pets were not affected in any way. And the ants are outside - where they belong! more

When I talked to them on the phone they were completely open as to what they do, costs and availability.\r \r When the serviceman arrived (on time), he put covers over his shoes, then brought in his equipment, careful not to bang the furniture. Blankets were put down to avoid any dirt on the rugs, and filters were put over the vents to prevent dislodged dirt from entering the house. I would highly recommend them. more

I have to say that this company is outstanding. I cannot find bugs in my house anywhere. It's wonderful! This company not only does what they say they're going to do but thay are very quick to fix and/or resolve any problems too. If more companies operated like Alpha then they'd definitely get my business too. I am sold on the "Green Approach" for life. I recommend this company to anyone who is having a bug problem. more

Great Service! Safe, very effective and affordable 11/30/2010

I love Alpha Ecological's Green Approach and the fact that you don't have to worry about any fumes or vapors or have to leave the home when they treat. Also the fact that their treatments are safe around my three young kids. Their techs are very professional and knowledgable. more

pest control 8/18/2008

This is the second time that I have had to use this service due to carpenter ants. The first time was over 7 years ago and at that time they gave a five year warranty. They no longer do that but I do believe that they are very honest. I had one company last time that said my insulation in the crawl space was destroyed by termites. Unfortunately for them but fortunately for me I knew that there was no insulation in the crawl space. This company is honest and is very safe around animals and babies. more

Pest Control 6/17/2008

I live in Portland Oregon and decided to call an exterminator this year for my ant problem. They came and got rid of all the ants I had and also discovered a vole hole. I didn't even know what they were, but I do now. I can recommend Alpha Pest Control. more
