I contacted Alpha becuase of their "green" technology as we have cats. They said not to worry as their products are used in restaurants, hospitals and veterinarian clinics. When the tech showed up I had to grill him as I did the call center, but he was very patience and explained the whole process to me over again. He was nice, neat, through and actually it was a very fast process too! BONUS?.they even make appointments for the weekend, for us business professionals. I highly recommend Alpha for your home.
