I compared many rates but TD Insurance had the lowest one for my age and driving experience. All other providers were significantly more expensive. John's team is knowledgable and explained all the coverage details thoroughly. I also had some claim experience with him when an older gentlemen side swiped my car in downtown Toronto, Canada. I received a comparable rental car for 4 weeks until my car was fixed. My rates did not go up since I was not at fault. I am quite happy with this insurance company so far. more

Friendly, responsive and professional. Have handled various insurance issues while traveling in the USA. The local agent there, John treated me as if I was family. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with all of his services. more

Reasonable rates. Easy claims process (about a 1 page document to file) which is very important. Not too much fine print to read. After a few fender benders, you just collect your money, no problem. Decent speed of payment. more

I could not have asked for a better insurance agent. John and his staff are not only great at what they do but cares about his customers above and beyond the call of duty. My family and I have become very close business acquaintances with him. I never expected that he would treat family and friends like he has. He has became a friend to me and my family rather then just someone I pay bill to. I had surgery not long ago. To my delight, John called to check on me afterward. He is more than someone I make a payment to monthly. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone. more

I went to see John at the urging of my wife (life insurance) and I was so impressed by the level of professionalism I actually moved my three cars and home owners and renters over to Allstate.\r \r He is an old fashioned kind of guy that does not ""close you"" but really cares about you. \r \r If anyone needs insurance, this is the place to go. more

I don't know all of the people at Insurall but the level of professional service I received from John amazed me. I have never had an agent come to my home and talk to me and get to know me for an hour like John did. The rates are fantastic and I feel better knowing if something happens to me my wife is taken care of. \r \r I would recommend John, and I have to many people who need insurance. more

Don't ever try to cancel. It's much too long to write out, but sufficed to say, I have never in my life been treated the way I was by John on the phone. It turned into a full blown argument, as he refused to cancel the policy, while giving me a third degree and being as condescending as can be. I finally asked if I had to get the BBB and a lawyer just to cancel, and he actually said, ""Yes. Yes you should do that."" I was a customer for many years, never had a claim, but also never these discounts I hear about. I shudder to think what he'd do if you had a claim. AVOID this agent. Allstate corporate itself was very helpful. Because you bet I went over his head and reported him. They cancelled, apologized, refunded some money, and followed up with me. So...again, avoid this agent, but perhaps others are all right. Oh, and I nearly forgot. He also HUNG UP ON ME. I was speechless for a good part of this call, as I was dumbfounded by his ""people skills."" more

Good service, weird policies. 4/10/2012

John Cysewski has always been very nice when I've spoken with him. However, at times, I've asked him questions and he has said he didn't know the answer and had to pass me to one of his employees. That's kind of strange for a licensed agent to not know the details and an employee know them. He and his staff are always pleasant and helpful. Their payment policies are a bit frightening. If you pay your bill in full at the beginning of the policy, you pay about 10% more than if you let them have your bank account number permanently on file. If your account is paid in full, why do they need your bank account number? Especially, why do they need it to give you a discount? In this day of fraud, theft, and scams stealing money from credit cards and bank accounts, this policy is just ridiculous. I've heard of companies having a monthly installment surcharge, but never a discount for giving them your bank account information to take out money any time they choose. That's a bit frightening that a company wants that kind of information and access to your financial resources. more
