Review content:
John Cysewski has always been very nice when I've spoken with him. However, at times, I've asked him questions and he has said he didn't know the answer and had to pass me to one of his employees. That's kind of strange for a licensed agent to not know the details and an employee know them. He and his staff are always pleasant and helpful. Their payment policies are a bit frightening. If you pay your bill in full at the beginning of the policy, you pay about 10% more than if you let them have your bank account number permanently on file. If your account is paid in full, why do they need your bank account number? Especially, why do they need it to give you a discount? In this day of fraud, theft, and scams stealing money from credit cards and bank accounts, this policy is just ridiculous. I've heard of companies having a monthly installment surcharge, but never a discount for giving them your bank account information to take out money any time they choose. That's a bit frightening that a company wants that kind of information and access to your financial resources.
