The technician (Sean Barsky) clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a clear explanation, and proceeded immediately to the repair, which solved the problem. (He was supposed to have given me an estimate of the cost before starting the repair, but I would have given the OK in any case). No parts were required. When I later converted the labor charge to an equivalent hourly rate, the figure came to roughly $210/hour, which seems a bit high; otherwise, I am very satisfied.
