Excellent and professional inspection 5/31/2012

Philip was very concerned that the inspection be thorough and that any problems were explained to us. He found 2 potentially dangerous situations and pointed them out to us. He also found where plumbing repairs had been done. more

I thought they did a good job, however, I don't do this everyday so I just go by what I saw and the report they provided. The report appeared to be thorough. more

Philip Smith was a great guy to work with. He made it VERY clear to us what was going on and what needed to be further looked at. He explained himself very well. We had absolutely NO questions when he was done. Took his time inspecting and explaining and had lots of patience with our toddler running around. Thank you for such a great experience! more

My wife and I were both extremely satisfied by the services of Allegiant Property Inspection. The inspector, Philip Smith, was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. He was also extremely knowledgeable and able to answer our every question. His report was thorough and the seller of the home we bought agreed to perform or compensate us for virtually all the (mostly minor) defects he found. more

Great Customer Service 3/17/2012

I had a great experience with my very first property inspection of my very first home. The whole purchasing process can be very overwhelming. My agent, Deb Espinoza, was there with my inspector, Philip Smith, and he went through every item on his inspection, piece by piece very thoroughly. He answered all my questions and all the questions my daughter had to our satisfaction. What a great first-time experience! Thank you, Philip! more

Philip Smith, the property inspector was very professional, friendly, accommodating person. 3/16/2012

Phil was on the property as scheduled. Introduced himself and while doing his inspection, he didn't mind if you had any questions at the moment. He was very thorough and upon completion, he gave us a verbal brief on the status of the property and any discrepancies he found out. Explained in detail recommendation to correct it. We got the results in the email the following day and on his email he mentioned to call him if we have any questions. A very knowledgeable and professional person and easy to deal with. It makes you feel fully satisfied to acquire this property as you know that it was properly inspected by a professional property inspector. I will surely recommend Phil to all my friends. more

I had used other property inspection companies before working with Allegiant Property Inspection and I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the report as well as the colored pictures that explicitly indicate where the problems were.
