recommending Phil for a house inspection every time 9/14/2013

This is the second time Phil has done a house inspection for me - in fact, I requested him specifically because he did such a great job the last time - and wouldn't hesitate to to request him again. Really nice, professional, punctual and knowledgable. On the other hand, in the past I worked with an inspector who argued with the realtor and wouldn't abide by HOA parking rules and another whose report was written so that it took me forever to put together the RR. Call Phil - you won't be sorry. more

Overall very happy 8/6/2013

The report body has to include the typical CYA type boiler plate so it is a little hard to decipher how serious some of the issues are if you aren't well versed in home / building issues. Having a clearer explanation as to "why" a particular issue was called out would be helpful. But overall that is a very minor concern. Our inspector was great and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Allegiant to a friend. We had a great experience. more

On property before time, and was good. 3/12/2013

Allegiant Property Inspection did a really good job. I had no idea how to go about all of this or what to look at. The inspector explained things quickly and clearly, so that even the layman could understand it. I did like him, and he did say that if I had any questions, I can call him back. It was very helpful. more

Hi, This was my first property inspection experience. The condo I'm looking to purchase is a fairly new construction and I didn't think much was going to be wrong with it. But more was wrong with this place than I thought. Philip Smith was definitely the right guy for the job. I'm amazed on how thorough the inspection was. The report is excellent. Philip was already inspecting the property when I arrived. He introduced himself and continued working, explaining things to me throughout the process. The report provided was thorough and a good summary of areas I need to pay attention to. more

Phil, and Allegiant Property Inspection, inspected our entire house. He was very professional and very good. He was also a nice, polite guy. It was our first time using him, and we would definitely have him again. He was really good. I am also selling a house, and the buyers had another inspector over. He didn't even compare to Phil and Allegiant Property Inspection. more

I've been working with Allegiant Property Inspection for about four years. I always refer my clients to them when they purchase a home. The main reason I like Allegiant Property Inspection is that they inform me without being alarming. Thorough and complete. 7/20/2012

When Allegiant Property Inspection did the report for me he broke it down by room or category and listed any areas he felt were deficient or felt needed work. He looked at things like the electrical elements, light elements, plumbing, outside and the roof, along the exterior for drainage, and in the garage. He did a pretty through job. I would recommend Allegiant Property Inspection because they do an excellent job. It was very thorough and complete so I was quite happy. more

Philip arrived early and started on the outside of the home while he was waiting. He checked everything out and provided a quick verbal summary at the end. I received an emailed report with pictures the next day. Philip was also very willing to respond to my questions. I would use Allegiant again. more
