Phil was on the property as scheduled. Introduced himself and while doing his inspection, he didn't mind if you had any questions at the moment. He was very thorough and upon completion, he gave us a verbal brief on the status of the property and any discrepancies he found out. Explained in detail recommendation to correct it. We got the results in the email the following day and on his email he mentioned to call him if we have any questions. A very knowledgeable and professional person and easy to deal with. It makes you feel fully satisfied to acquire this property as you know that it was properly inspected by a professional property inspector. I will surely recommend Phil to all my friends.
