This was my first property inspection experience.
The condo I'm looking to purchase is a fairly new construction and I didn't think much was going to be wrong with it. But more was wrong with this place than I thought.
Philip Smith was definitely the right guy for the job. I'm amazed on how thorough the inspection was. The report is excellent. I am fully aware of what I need to take care of.
