I have not done any service with this company but when talking to them on the phone they gave me their diagnostic rates. I asked if it was worth fixing based on the TV and the symptoms. They said that it is not worth repair. I would consider this to be a sign of an honest company to deal with when they will forfiet their diagnostic fee and honestly tell you that it is not worth it. I own all pro audio and TV. We are factory authorized service on over 32 manufactures and product lines. This would not be possible if we did not provide proffesional service. The previous review may have been done by a unhappy employee I dismissed about this time. if not the customer did not say what the basiss for his compliant was other than we did not return call's. Cannot recommend. Lack of professional and business-like behavior, as well as, lack of technical knowledge. The individual operating under this name, Mike Roberts, also illustrates a lack of integrity. After he takes possession of your property (to take ""into the shop"" in order to repair it), he will not return calls to advise the status or otherwise. If you are able to get him to answer the phone, he will avoid providing any information. Exhibits every appearance of being dishonest.
