Cannot recommend. Lack of professional and business-like behavior, as well as, lack of technical knowledge. The individual operating under this name, Mike Roberts, also illustrates a lack of integrity. After he takes possession of your property (to take ""into the shop"" in order to repair it), he will not return calls to advise the status or otherwise. If you are able to get him to answer the phone, he will avoid providing any information. Exhibits every appearance of being dishonest. D&B information indicates that ""All-Pro Audio & TV Service"" was started in 2002, with one employee (Mike Roberts), with the address listed in Sand Springs, OK (telephone 918-241-2290). It appears to currently operate from 8508 E 24th St, Tulsa, OK 74129 (telephone, 918-632-0800). The name, Kairo Augustine, appears as the Caller ID. No integrity. Avoid.
Cons: Generally poor in all areas.
