All Valley Heating & Air Conditioning

About five days ago I had an overflow from the reservoir in my AC unit. I telephoned Todd, because of prior reviews that I saw on his website. Todd was extremely busy, however he took the time to troubleshoot my problem on the phone. I followed his instructions and checked my filter, which was full of dirt. Todd thought the issue might be a clogged pipe, as opposed to a problem with the unit. I attempted to rectify the issue, but was unable. I telephoned Todd again and he suggested I find the exit point for the pipe to see if there was blockage there. I was unable to locate the exit point which, I later found out, was due to it being covered over by stucco. Anyway, Todd was too busy to come by for three days, due to his call load. In the interim I had someone else come out and fix the problem, which was in fact a blocked pipe. To make matters worse I forgot to cancel my appointment with Todd and he showed up on my door at the appointed time. Todd accepted my apology graciously and did not charge for my not canceling the appointment, which I thought i would have to pay for. more

We need to support businesses like All Valley and people like Todd. My A/C went out at the height of a heat wave, causing the interior of my house to reach 90 degrees. I called four different A/C repair companies and received quotes ranging from $150 for them to just show up (parts and labor extra?of course) to a whopping $1700!! Whereas when I called Todd's answering service, Todd called me back within 5 minutes, he listened to the problem, made a preliminary diagnosis and said if his assessment was correct then the part that I needed would cost $10!!!!!! He arrived on time to the appointment the next day and within 10 minutes of his arrival, the A/C was fixed and running again. What an incredible experience to have been led to believe that I would have to spend hundreds if not thousands and here comes along an honest, friendly and experienced person who charged a mere $85 for the visit and as quoted $10 for the part. Again folks...the more we support people like Todd, the more we can all benefit and hopefully you can have the same great experience as I did. Otherwise...be careful?since I am sure the guy from the San Fernando Valley who quoted me $1700 is looking for another desperate customer to trick into paying him what I didn?t! more

Todd was helpful, knowledgable and approachable from the first phone call. I called him for a second opinion on my heater/air cond unit, after another vendor told me it would cost over $2500 to fix/replace! Todd found that my existing unit did not need to be replaced at all and fixed what turned out to be a loose fan - for an amount that wasn't even NEAR the first guy's estimate! Call Todd - he won't disappoint! Pros: Family Business - Todd will be honest with you! more
