We need to support businesses like All Valley and people like Todd. My A/C went out at the height of a heat wave, causing the interior of my house to reach 90 degrees. I called four different A/C repair companies and received quotes ranging from $150 for them to just show up (parts and labor extra?of course) to a whopping $1700!! Whereas when I called Todd's answering service, Todd called me back within 5 minutes, he listened to the problem, made a preliminary diagnosis and said if his assessment was correct then the part that I needed would cost $10!!!!!! He arrived on time to the appointment the next day and within 10 minutes of his arrival, the A/C was fixed and running again. What an incredible experience to have been led to believe that I would have to spend hundreds if not thousands and here comes along an honest, friendly and experienced person who charged a mere $85 for the visit and as quoted $10 for the part. Again folks...the more we support people like Todd, the more we can all benefit and hopefully you can have the same great experience as I did. Otherwise...be careful?since I am sure the guy from the San Fernando Valley who quoted me $1700 is looking for another desperate customer to trick into paying him what I didn?t!
