I have two high-energy Alaskan Malamutes. They have stayed here three times now and they absolutely love it! the staff is very friendly and obviously love animals, they follow special instructions to the letter, and the dogs are always clean and happy when I pick them up. This place is awsome! The staff is very nice and helpful! They made me feel good about leaving my doggies while I went on vacation. When I picked up I could tell my dogs were happy while they stayed and very well taken care of! I will tell all of my friends to go here because of the great service! more

This place was great! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and made us feel good about leaving our dogs. We called to check on them a few days later and they told me a couple of things about my dogs that only someone would know if they had actually taken the time to play with them and spend time with them. We had our dogs housed in on of the ""deluxe"" rooms. I was disappointed because it was hot, smaller than described and no outside access for the dogs to use the bathroom. My dogs seemed traumatized when we got them out of there. I would not recommend this to anyone who truly loves their dog. Next time I will pay friends to stay at our house to make sure the dogs get the care they are used to. Pros: Affordable Cons: Not enough outdoors access for the dogs more

I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility at All Tails 'R' Waggin'. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they truly love taking care of the pets entrusted in their care. I have used all tails are wagging for all of my boarding and grooming needs for the last 7 yrs. I know it is hard to entrust your pets with just anyone, but the staff and owner here truly loves animals. I know my dogs(Toby,Jesse, and Alabama) are well cared for when they stay here. I live in northwest Columbus, but knowing my dogs are boarded safely and securely at All Tails makes it worth the drive for me. When I am out of town on business, I don't want to worry. The facility is so clean, but safety and security is what matters to me. The ""on site"" owners, cameras, security system, fire sprinklers. I have found the staff to be both caring and experienced. I have a ""crazy"" rescued dog, larger in size, and I love the big indoor boarding spaces, and private outdoor excerize. It keeps her safe, from agressive dogs. I also have a small elder dog who requires extra care and twice daily medication, he loves the deluxe suite, and snoozes to the Animal Channel. He can no longer handle stress, and the deluxe suites are quite and homey.My babies are not easy to care for, and the staff gives them that extra care. The rates are very reasonable for what you get and my babies are not stuck in a little cage somewhere. more

I found ""all Tails"" about a year ago, I have boarded my precious baby 3 times, she will be boarded again at Christmas. I want to recommend this facility as I have had some Really Bad experiences at others, and was almost against boarding all together. One facility i took her too, when I picked her up she was limping very badly and of course I rushed her to the Vet who told me I couldnt accuse the place but he thought my dog had been kicked. I was so upset. I found another place of which they didnt believe in caging a dog, so your animal is free, I liked this fact, but was not aware that my dog was not a ""alpha female and she was picked on by the others so badly that she was trying to claw her way out and ended up ripping her pads off the bottom of her front paws. I was told by the facility that she was having an allergy and licked them to bleeding.. LYING!!! After 1,000.00 vet bill, I promised myself I would never board again. When I found All Tails, I found a blessing. My baby gets a deluxe room and is pampered like the princess she is.. Thanks All tails for making me believe again that there is people out there who do care about a strangers baby.. I will make sure to tell anyone I know looking for a classy boarding, to make sure they give you a call. more

INTO 100'S OF PIECES, (USUALLY OVER NIGHT) IT IS REALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW IF HE HAS DIGESTED SOME OF THIS, UNLESS WE WOULD BE IN THE ROOM WITH THE DOG 24/7 OR TRY TO PIECE BACK TOGETHER 100'S OF PIECES WHICH WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE.\r \r NORMALLY IF A DOG SHREDS SOMETHING, THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY EAT IT- (ACTUALLY, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN 9 YEARS, SINCE WE OPENED, THAT I HAVE HAD SOMEONE COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS?) I was very excited to find All Tails R Wagging. The articles I read were encouraging and I liked the availability of private suites for my dog. However, last August I left her there and I will never leave her there again. I left a pillow with my dog, so that she would have something familiar with her while she was away from home. When I picked her up, there was a pillow waiting for me, but no pillow case. When I asked about the pillow case, one employee said that maybe it was being washed. When I inquired further, I was told it had been shredded by my dog. That was it. The next morning when I woke up I noticed my dog had gotten sick. I thought maybe it was due to the stress of having been boarded. The next morning when I took her out to go to the bathroom, she passed a rather long strip of cloth. She ended up being sick for two days. While I accept the responsibility of the pillow case being my own, I really would have appreciated a heads up from the staff along the lines of---you might want to keep an eye on her, we think she might have eaten her pillow case. I was very disappointed with them. more

they are great!!! they are animal lovers! everyone is very nice there. my two dogs came home healthy and happy. they had a great time at all tails, that is why i leave them there all of the time!!! this is the only place that i will ever take them. thier prices are great, you get more for your money at all tails. i recommened then to everyone Pros: my dogs were healthy & happy there, everyone is very nice & animal lovers, great prices Cons: i can not think of any more

My dog actually loves going to Alltails. The staff is always helpful and takes excellent care of him. The facility is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It seems as if they are always trying to improve there operation. Top notch place!!! more

I am the kind of person that is extremely hard to impress. I am also very careful with whom I leave my animals when we travel. All Tail R Waggin is a very impressive facility. The first thing you notice when you enter the kennel is that is doesn't smell like dogs. I was surprised how clean everything was and I didn't even notice dog hair on the floor, which is very rare for a kennel. The building is very modern and tastefully decorated. The staff are dressed professionally and are very knowledgeable. The rates are reasonable and the care your pet will receive is worth every penny for your piece of mind while you are away. I would highly recommend this facility. I live an hour from this location and would never take my animals anywhere else! more

We got our dog a year ago, and have had to leave him a few times. AllTailsRWaggin did an excellent job caring for him while we were away. The staff was very friendly and took very good care of our pup. The facility is very professional, clean and it was like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend AllTails to everyone I know, what a terrific place to take your pet and know not only that they are taken care of... they're safe and they love it!!! more

Very clean, well managed, modern facility with excellent knowledgeable staff. Kennels are very large and include three exercise times outdoors with the $18 a day boarding rate. If you want something more upscale, then the suites are great also. Both accomidations are extremely nice, and you will be pleased with both. Owner lives on site, and facility is also monitored by ADT fire and security, as well as a 16 camera surveillance system throughout the property. Your pets will be safe and well cared for!!
