Well I have to say All Star Plumbing is our new plumbing company. With a story i might ad. I called All Star Plumbing on a Thursday and they sent out a nice young man. I had a leak at our laundry the technician came out and gave us a price and we excepted. He started doing the work and he was having a hard time but he tried. So he made a call to the office im guessing and the owner was out in 30 minutes to save the day LOL. The best part about it is the technician was honest and admitted he needed help and the owner came in office clothes and had it fixed in no time on top of giving me a 15% DISCOUNT. I am have to say I am very satisfied for once with a plumbing company. I have had a lot of plumbing companys over the years and usually when they leave I have know more money in my pocket. Well not with All Star Plumbing. I own a house in Sacramento and had a water heater leak. All Star Plumbing had an extra water heater which was brand new and they gave it to us for a hundred bucks. With warranty in hand All Star put it in a hour Thank You All Star more

My name is Celeste and I have to say great job to All Star Plumbing. Then came out dimei in a dime to help out with our sewer problem. James came out and had to pull our toilet and run his snake machine. He got it clear enough for us to use the bathroom but did warn us he was hitting mud and dirt in the line. Well a week later it happend again All Star was booked that day and I needed somebody immedietely so I called somebody else. They came out could not clear it and starting working on this sewer repair with out even confirming price with me at all. I then told them to leave and waited for All Star, Which good thing I did cause the repair cost with All Star was half the price of the other sacramento plumbing company. They jack hammered the drive way and had it dug and repaired in no time. I can tell you one thing it was worth the wait there are a lot of rip offs in this world and All Star Plumbing Sacramento is not one of them. Thank you james more

Mike great job on our Tankless Water Heater install. Mike from All Star Plumbing came out and gave us an estimate about a week ago and he was them most polite of all the plumbers that came out to our place. On top of he beat everybodys price. The best thing is they went out got a permit and had the job done the nextday. Oh and this bad redicuous review next to me should be fined for SLANDER and Deflimation of Character and FYI they are licensed Ryan from All Star had a mix up with there bond and there bond paid somebody they should have. So before talking bad on a company you shoud no the real truth. Oh and YELP is a joke and they are in the middle of about 20 lawsuits so good job on giving everybody a real reliable company. All Star Plumbing is probably the worst possible company you could choose for plumbing repairs. My husband and I contacted them about some plumbing repairs in our home in August 201,1 when our toilets and shower drains began backing up. The whole experience was a nightmare. We paid them $460 for what we thought was going to fix the problem. They had installed a clean out and snaked the pipe. The same night that the “repairs” were supposedly made, water began leaking out of the base of one of our bathroom toilets. It should be noted that no water was coming from the base of the toilet before this company was called. It turns out that the All Star plumber that had come to our house- Gabe, had broken the flange on our toilet when he had removed it and had failed to reset the toilet correctly. We called Gabe to ask if he could return to fix what he had broken, but instead he proceeded to give instructions to my husband on how to fix it. We ended up paying another plumber $80 to repair the damage. Three days after All Star’s repairs, all of our toilets and shower drains began to back up again, only even worse than before. We called All Star’s owner, Ryan Murray, to inform him about the problem. Right from the start of the conversation he was very rude and unprofessional and made no offer to correct the obviously faulty plumbing job that had been done by his company. Long story short, we ended up having to hire another plumbing company to come out to do the job. We quickly learned that the clean out, which had been installed by All Star, was installed waaay to far away form the house and also that the piping they had installed was extremely bent, not allowing anything to flow properly through the pipe. We have been in contact with Ryan Murray (the owner) several times since August, and despite his own admission that the work done by his company was defective due to a past employee (Gabe) who is supposedly no longer with the company, and an agreement to be paid a full refund by Oct 15, we have yet to see any repayment for a plumbing repair that led us to have to pay out even more money to repair the damage that was done by All Star plumbing. more

Now I don't usually write reviews but man oh man is there no good plumbers left in this gosh awful state. I tell you what, me and my wife had not one not two but 3 plumbers come to our house to try and fix a simple plumbing repair. I wont bash anybody but if you read this you will know who I am talking about. Tel me if this is not a simple job maybe I am mistaking but I thought for a plumbing service company a kitchen drain assembly should be well routine. So my first mistake is I went with the first plumber I called I should of received a few estimates. So this plumbing service company came out and it was a young guy so of course I was worried right off the get go. No let me tell you all I had is a leak under my sink. on the drain. I was first told an hour he would have it fixed 250 dollars a little high but I understand overhead. Try 8 hours later OMG whats this guy doing , he had my whole sink ripped apart. I could believe it and he wanted to charge me a thousand dollars I said you better be out of your mind. So that was two days of drama back and fourth with that Plumbing Service company. So I call plumbing service number two. So here I am out 250 bux with my sink ripped apart I kicked the other plumbing company out so I made him leave everything ripped apart. He comes in and says 375 dollars and I have a brand new garbage disposal I will throw in to the mix I said ok sounds good I sign my life away for the second time this guys working for a half hour he gets a call and he has to leave for emergency plumbing service call right down the road I say ok. Which I should not of I should of said finish or leave But I am a patience person I guess real patient he came back 4 hours later and whatever I just wanted the job done so I tell him I am going to the store to grab a bite I come back and this guy is gone again with a note on the door I mean this guy has been calling me on my cell this whole time letting me know hes running late etc etc etc AND HE LEAVES ME A NOT YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING GOOD BYE. At his point I have had it. A Friend of mine calls me and told me about All Star Plumbing this guy did a great Bathroom remodel for me. So I cal them up I mean what do I have to lose now, So anyways an hour later there plumber is here and guess what he gives me a price of $250 dollars and( Jon is his name ) Jon says I will be done in no time. I am thinking in my head ya right he will be done , But sure enough not even an hour later he was done and I was telling him the story I just told everybody. All Star got in got out cleaned their mess and the coffee we drank. awesome plumbing company more

I called Ryan last Saturday to try to get my recirculatory pumped fixed but he told me that we would have to get it pumped before we could look at it which other companys told me the same. So I tried to get a company that could do both and they were out rageous on the price of pumping. They were trying to charge me the same price as they do for a 1000 gallon septic tank. Well anyways not only did. So that was Saturday now its Tuesday and I called Ryan again and I still couldnt find anyone that was reasanable to pump it out plus I am telling you he was the only one willing to help me out over the phone every body else was like Oh well. So All Star called some places and was able to get the prices dropped bet we both agreed t was stll to high. So Ryan did some more digging around and was able to find a pump that pumped sewage and he Had All Star do it them selves for half the cost. With all the help on the phone and every thing they did to try and make cost more reasonable I so praise Ryan Murray & Matt with All Star Plumbing. Now we are waiting on Insurance but all I have to say is Thank You are awesome....... more

Thanks All Star I had hard time logging into ur google account to put review there but I saw this logo on your sight and figured I would leave review here. All Star I have to say fast Plumbing Service , Ryan you had Dan at my house within thirty minutes I mean at my door steps. Well your plumbing service call was free most plumbers I talked to wanted to charge 100 dollars or so. So All Star came in and gave me a price and I felt they were also so I called Rapid Rooter OMG was I wrong ""please come back "" No lol I called them back and they were there with in an hour they did raise the price fifty dollars but they still saved me $486.00 Thank you more

Plumbing Service is what I looked up and I called three plumbers All Star Plumbing was first plumbing service company I called. I also called Rapid Rooter and Roto Rooter. I have to say all prices were around the same but I decided to go with All Star Plumbing and their manager Jon put in a new Sewer Line. I used All Star because of Jon he is very knowledgeable he had great attitude and was just real easy to talk to. Oh and no BS when he left he didnt make up excuses wear he was going he was honest he told me that one of the guys called in sick and he had to go run over and do an emergency plumbing service call and he would be back after he was done he then called and told me that he was on his way to her I just love the communication skills this company has I didnt have to worry if this company was coming back etc.... So Jon did come back and did a great job him and his help he brought the second time around were just awesome. I reccomend this company to anybody. I am telling everybody you will be happy. Where do I begin...my toilet in the bathroom needed all kinds of work to be done to it. My toilet seat was all wabbley, everytime I would sit on my toilet it would sway to the left! Not only that but My toilet handle to flush the toilet was loose. So I needed somone to come out to my house to replace the handle and fix the lid to my toilet. I googled a local plumber in my area and seen that ""All star plumbing"" was a good ranking buinesss. so I decided to go with them. Lets just say my toilets lookin good now..no more wabbley toilet =D You should call All star plumbing if you have plumbing issues. more

I live in a house full of women and my drains constantly get clogged full of hair. None of us will attempt to clean out the drains because where stubborn haha so I gave All Star Plumbing a call to see if they could come out to my apt complex. They came out asap and it was a quick and easy job. All Star plumbing is very affordable as well and if any one asks If I no about a plumber...I will give them there number. =) more

I had a water heater problem which left me with no hot water for about to days. I finally found a good plumber that knows what there doing. I set up an apoitment with All Star Plumbing and they were able to get a technician out to my house within the hour. The guy nick did a good job installing a new water heater and he got it done in a timely mannor. more

This is the only company that I know of that will come out for an emergency and charge you the same amount that companies charge for a scheduled plumbing appointment. I had toilets backing up and a house full of guests and All Star Plumbing came in the wee hours and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I could not be more indebted to them. They are experienced and courteous but more importantly, they get in and out quickly and do not charge you an arm and a leg. more

Everyone has different experiences. In my opinion they are very professional. We really love the tankless water heater we got from All Star Plumbing last month. The Item as described and it works great! They developed an effective solution specifically for our new home. They did good work at a fair price. And yesterday they have just installed a new water heater at my parents-in-law's house. All Star Plumbing provides the highest quality service to their customers in Sacramento area. Do your research on this company. If you're a ""yelper"", you're already ahead of the game. We were lured by a low estimate (reduced after the initial quote) and positive reviews on popular sites. Granted, our renovation project was not a clogged drain, but two months of problems left us very frustrated. The first plumber quit abruptly and we heard all manner of reasons. We had at least 5 representatives from All-Star assess the scope of our project. 4 of these representatives did work. 3 of them no longer work for All-Star. Ryan has had a barrage of excuses since the first complaint. The most recent representative, Anthony, seems to be a great plumber and Ryan would do well to try and hold onto him. We failed our gas pressure test 4 times, each after Ryan's assurance that we would pass. We were pushed weeks behind schedule without hot water due to the gas pressure issue. Their contract is clear, ""We are not responsible for additional issues caused by the work performed"". This is very important fine print to take seriously on any contract. Contracts themselves are very important. The first plumber misrepresented the work that he had done resulting in severe water damage to new drywall, paint, custom cabinets and hardwood floors when the hot water was turned on. For the damage, we have no choice but to do the work over. At each construction stage, from open framing with full access to costly to tearing out parts of new walls, All-Star gave us the ""all good to go"" and then ""not our fault"". Upon publication of my original review (pissed off and typing version 1.0) , Ryan contacted us immediately to ask us to change or remove the review. He has explanations for everything and did whatever it took to make things right to us as upset customers. I do not argue his tenacity to achieve a ""satisfied customer"" one bit. He also offered to help us with our business marketing as he is very good with search engine optimization. We came to an agreement and he earned an extra star for my experience. more

I have to say great job by All Star Plumbing, great customer service I believe here name is Isabella, well she really was nice. Then they had a plumber come out named Jon. He was good, hes not a kid so I know hes been around the block a couple of times. He figure out wear our leak was coming from in the ceiling and had the problem fixed i in no time at all. With Jon telling me what the price was before he started their was no suprises. So again he was in and out and he was on his way.. Great Job Allstar Plumbing Sacramento more

These guys provided me with excellent, fast service at a good price. Technician Ed came out to check a water leak, which turned out to be a broken main... he was very helpful in explaining the problem to me and what my options were. All Star was very helpful in working with me to get the final cost down; Ed laid out clearly what I had to get done as far as the trenching for the new line was concerned; I did the dig myself and saved over half the original quoted price. He laid the water the line and made the connections perfectly. My house even has better water pressure than before! I highly recommend ALL STAR PLUMBING. more
