Best Rental Company Around 12/5/2011

My husband and I entertain frequently and hold several events per year. We have tried several rental companies over the years. Some have been competent, some not, but none hold a candle to All Seasons Party Rents. I discovered them after attending a function that they drop off equipment to. It was so well done equipment was in such excellent shape and tables & chairs were so clean, that I made sure to find out what rental company it was. I have used them a for all of my events since and have never been disappointed. In fact, they take the stress out of planning an event - helping me plan the events, contributing unique and interesting ideas. I have complete confidence in All Seasons Party Rents and will continue to use them in the future. I am so sad to see such bad reviews on this site about this company. I give them 5 stars no doubt. more

BEWARE - Bad Experience 10/18/2011

I rented 30 folding chairs. I picked up the chairs myself due to the fact that we would be in church the next day and no one would be home for them to pick up the chairs.\r After the party we loaded up the 30 chairs in my car and I returned them after church. When they unloaded the chairs from my car they discovered that one of the chairs was not theirs. I assured them they were the same 30 chairs I had received from them because we had no other folding chairs at home. Mind you, when they loaded and unloaded the chairs they did not examine each one, nor did I. The only reason they noticed that one chair is because they said it was dirty. If they wanted to keep my deposit because the chair was dirty I would have accepted that. But that wasn't the reason. I insisted and I know for a fact that there were no other folding chairs at the house. They then insinuated that perhaps a guest may have switched out a chair. No guest brought a chair to the party. \r It isn't even about $20. It's about the fact they were wrong and rude and you would think they'd try to make their customer happy. \r My advice to anyone who decides to rent from them is to examine each piece of equipment and make sure it has their name and make sure it is clean and not damaged.\r I will never use them again and will encourage anyone I know to find someone else to rent from.\r I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it is required. more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! 5/6/2011

I HAD TO GIVE IT 1 STAR... AS MY POST WOULDNT POST WITH ZERO STARS, .... I RENTED A HUGE TENT FROM THIS COMPANY. FROM THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE AND SPEAKING TO THE SALES GIRL, IT WAS PERFECT. WHEN THEY DELIVERED A BIG EASY UP... I WAS SHOCKED. IT WAS NOT THE TENT IN THE PICTURES AND NOT WHAT THE SALES GIRL DESCRIBED. IT WAS A BIG CAR EASY UP. ( NOT CHEAP EITHER!!)... WHEN i CALLED TO COMPLAIN, ALL I GOT WAS.. WELL, I DIDNT PUT THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. THATS IT. I WAS IN A JAM, AND HAD TO MAKE THE BEST OF IT. THEN DURING MY PARTY.. WHEN THE POLES WHERE FALLING DOWN ON MY GUESTS, I CALLED 3 TIMES TO GET THEM TO COME OUT DURING MY PARTY.. TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS ALL SCREWED IN... **( IT WASNT)**.. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER ASKING FOR THE OWNERS NAME AND NUMBER, I WAS TOLD.. "" FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF,"" AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. more
