I rented 30 folding chairs. I picked up the chairs myself due to the fact that we would be in church the next day and no one would be home for them to pick up the chairs.\r
After the party we loaded up the 30 chairs in my car and I returned them after church. When they unloaded the chairs from my car they discovered that one of the chairs was not theirs. I assured them they were the same 30 chairs I had received from them because we had no other folding chairs at home. Mind you, when they loaded and unloaded the chairs they did not examine each one, nor did I. The only reason they noticed that one chair is because they said it was dirty. If they wanted to keep my deposit because the chair was dirty I would have accepted that. But that wasn't the reason. I insisted and I know for a fact that there were no other folding chairs at the house. They then insinuated that perhaps a guest may have switched out a chair. No guest brought a chair to the party. \r
It isn't even about $20. It's about the fact they were wrong and rude and you would think they'd try to make their customer happy. \r
My advice to anyone who decides to rent from them is to examine each piece of equipment and make sure it has their name and make sure it is clean and not damaged.\r
I will never use them again and will encourage anyone I know to find someone else to rent from.\r
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it is required.
