I HAD TO GIVE IT 1 STAR... AS MY POST WOULDNT POST WITH ZERO STARS, .... I RENTED A HUGE TENT FROM THIS COMPANY. FROM THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE AND SPEAKING TO THE SALES GIRL, IT WAS PERFECT. WHEN THEY DELIVERED A BIG EASY UP... I WAS SHOCKED. IT WAS NOT THE TENT IN THE PICTURES AND NOT WHAT THE SALES GIRL DESCRIBED. IT WAS A BIG CAR EASY UP. ( NOT CHEAP EITHER!!)... WHEN i CALLED TO COMPLAIN, ALL I GOT WAS.. WELL, I DIDNT PUT THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. THATS IT. I WAS IN A JAM, AND HAD TO MAKE THE BEST OF IT. THEN DURING MY PARTY.. WHEN THE POLES WHERE FALLING DOWN ON MY GUESTS, I CALLED 3 TIMES TO GET THEM TO COME OUT DURING MY PARTY.. TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS ALL SCREWED IN... **( IT WASNT)**.. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER ASKING FOR THE OWNERS NAME AND NUMBER, I WAS TOLD.. "" FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF,"" AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.
