All Seasons Cleaning Service

As said below - AVOID THIS COMPANY - very UNRELIABLE. They made an appointment with me & never called & never showed up. more

BEWARE !!!! of Colleen and ""All Seasons Cleaning"". A good review may be a fake review but a bad review is a true review. Most people will NOT waste their time and energy by typing bad things about a company or anyone unnecessarily. But they WILL, if their interests are compromised. I read other reviews about scheduling problems but still went ahead and called this company. I spoke with Colleen who is apparently the owner. She spoke to me very nicely so I'm thinking she does that with EVERYONE. But thats the only nice thing about this company. We scheduled them to come on a Thursday morning. On that Thursday morning, I called them up to make sure they were coming. Colleen answered the phone and said ""We are on our way, see you shortly"" So we waited. After 2 hours and with no sign of them, I called them back only to get their voice mail. We waited for several hours and finally gave up. The day was ruined, we did nothing while waiting for Colleen and the All Season cleaning crew with no sign of them. I'm spending 30 minutes of my precious time putting this on the internet so other people know and can avoid the same hassle. There is another review that says the same thing. There are some other reivews that say worse things about them. Those BAD reviews are ALL TRUE. Let me summarize: I rate the employee/owner Colleen as very unprofessional person. I rate All seasons as a very unprofessional company PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. more

When I came from work my home was absolutely great job. I will definitely call them again use often. more

They came to clean my apartment and I specifically asked if they would mop my floors and a woman named Coleen said absolutely. When I came home I noticed that they did not. So, I called to let her know that her girls did not mop and missed a few dusting spots. Coleen was very apologetic and made an appointment so they can re-do the cleaning job. I took the day off to wait for them and they never showed. I have been calling for 4 days and still have not recieved a return call. more

i hired them twice in the past...their work was decent...the second time they were 3 hours late...no biggy. Pros: they're number is listed Cons: you'll have to get another company to do the work on the day you move out. more
