BEWARE !!!! of Colleen and ""All Seasons Cleaning"".
A good review may be a fake review but a bad review is a true review. Most people will NOT waste their time and energy by typing bad things about a company or anyone unnecessarily. But they WILL, if their interests are compromised.
I read other reviews about scheduling problems but still went ahead and called this company.
I spoke with Colleen who is apparently the owner. She spoke to me very nicely so I'm thinking she does that with EVERYONE. But thats the only nice thing about this company.
We scheduled them to come on a Thursday morning. On that Thursday morning, I called them up to make sure they were coming.
Colleen answered the phone and said ""We are on our way, see you shortly""
So we waited. After 2 hours and with no sign of them, I called them back only to get their voice mail. We waited for several hours and finally gave up. The day was ruined, we did nothing while waiting for Colleen and the All Season cleaning crew with no sign of them.
I'm spending 30 minutes of my precious time putting this on the internet so other people know and can avoid the same hassle.
There is another review that says the same thing. There are some other reivews that say worse things about them.
Those BAD reviews are ALL TRUE. Let me summarize:
I rate the employee/owner Colleen as very unprofessional person.
I rate All seasons as a very unprofessional company
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
