this company was more than unsatisfactory, it was the worst I have ever dealt with. They bought out a company that put in the wrong turnoff valve on my water line to my fridge and it didn't work properly. they assured me no service call and I would be given a quote which I could refuse. The guy who came was enormous and couldn't fit under the house and he was very rude and said I would be charged a service call if his apprentice went under the house but it was the only way to fix the problem/.Then he said he would just change the water filter on it and charge $283.00 for something we could do ourselves. Plumbing is a major rip off now and this is a large corp owned out of No Carolina and they just use subs who do what ever they want with no supervision. We opened our new store and yet we had problem in our ladies restroom. I won't go into the gory details but all pro came quickly and took care of the problems so we good flush in confidence. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. more

They are available 24/7. We have had them out for toilets, fish pond, bath tubs, water lines etc. They get the problem the FIRST time and fix it so it stays that way. Prices are reasonable. Would absolutely recommend them. more

All Pro was to repair an a/c unit at an apartment. The repair man admitted to knowing nothing about how to repair the 3-year-old unit and insisted that I buy a new one from him for $1,600 (discounted from $2,000 because I am a senior citizen). He was very aggressive and belligerent with my tenant demanding to know if she was going to pay him. When I refused to buy the new unit he got angry and left, refusing to put the parts of the existing unit back together so he left it in pieces on the living room floor. more

I haven't had to call in for major services yet, but All Pro Plumbing did take care of a smaller problem I had several months ago. But small or not, the service they did provide was good. more

Very good service, reasonably priced, and punctual. This was the third plumbing company I had out for the same problem and the only one that seemed competant to fix it. PROS: punctual, fair priced CONS: none more
