this company was more than unsatisfactory, it was the worst I have ever dealt with. They bought out a company that put in the wrong turnoff valve on my water line to my fridge and it didn't work properly. they assured me no service call and I would be given a quote which I could refuse. The guy who came was enormous and couldn't fit under the house and he was very rude and said I would be charged a service call if his apprentice went under the house but it was the only way to fix the problem/.Then he said he would just change the water filter on it and charge $283.00 for something we could do ourselves. Plumbing is a major rip off now and this is a large corp owned out of No Carolina and they just use subs who do what ever they want with no supervision. Any reviews about good pricing are obviously put in by their employess which happens all the time. I have seen it.\r
