All Pro was to repair an a/c unit at an apartment. The repair man admitted to knowing nothing about how to repair the 3-year-old unit and insisted that I buy a new one from him for $1,600 (discounted from $2,000 because I am a senior citizen). He was very aggressive and belligerent with my tenant demanding to know if she was going to pay him. When I refused to buy the new unit he got angry and left, refusing to put the parts of the existing unit back together so he left it in pieces on the living room floor.
