Called and talked to the Tech that showed up at my door on time. Looked at my refrigerator, showed me the problem, fixed it and at a great price, cleaned up his area and was done....

Called and talked to the Tech that showed up at my door on time. Looked at my refrigerator, showed me the problem, fixed it and at a great price, cleaned up his area and was done. No gimmick, no hassle, no mess and polite. Showed me some points on my dishwasher at no charge. I know why he is known as Sid the Appliance guy, Excellent service. more

What a nice person. 9/15/2010

I called All Pro about a gas oven that would sometimes work and sometimes not. When he arrived he asked me several questions then went to the oven and encouraged me to watch and showed me the bad part. I was excited if this was going to fix it because I was told by others it would be over $500.00 and this tech explained thatâ??s because of the brand name some people charge that high. He put in the part and just like he said and it fired right up and he put a temperature gage in it and showed me it went right to 350 and was ready to bake. Very friendly and very neat, no mess and best of all the price was great. Thank you All Pro. more

I had called another company to come service my washing machine 9/11/2010

I had called another company to come service my washing machine. The guy asked for $150 up front then left for parts and never came back or answered his phone. I called Sid with All Pro Appliance Repair and told him what had happened, he apologized for the actions of the other guy who he had no dealings with. Sid diagnosed the problem, would not take any money, left for a part and came back in about an hour to finish the repair, then he gave me an invoice with a reasonable cost. Wished I had called All Pro Appliance to start with. Bottom line, Sid was polite and professional and did great work. I will definitely use him for other repairs! more

Over the top customer service. 7/8/2010

All Pro Appliance Repair was awesome. They went over and above. They installed my washer and drier after my move. My washer had been badly packed by my movers, so when he unpacked it, he looked it over to check that it was working and stable. All Pro Appliance tuned up both the washer and drier and checked the gas lines to make sure there weren't leaks. They hadn't been used in a while. They really gave over the top service. They explained everything and were very helpful. more

They fixed the issue. 6/30/2010

All Pro Appliance Repair came to fix a washer. It hadn't been working for a year and was driving me nuts. All Pro came, diagnosed the issue, and brought back the part to fix it. It was great. They showed up when they said they would, were friendly, and did a good job. Everything is working now. more
