I had called another company to come service my washing machine. The guy asked for $150 up front then left for parts and never came back or answered his phone. I called Sid with All Pro Appliance Repair and told him what had happened, he apologized for the actions of the other guy who he had no dealings with. Sid diagnosed the problem, would not take any money, left for a part and came back in about an hour to finish the repair, then he gave me an invoice with a reasonable cost. Wished I had called All Pro Appliance to start with. Bottom line, Sid was polite and professional and did great work. I will definitely use him for other repairs!
