My poor review rests more on what was left undone, rather than passing judgement on what was done. Two of the "not working" plumbing devices needed new parts and the service pers...

Wonderful Weekend Experience! 3/27/2017

I called on Saturday about chemical fumes seeping into my home through the bathrooms. It was so severe that I had to move out of my house. I had worked with the County for over a week trying to determine the source of the fumes, to no avail. I lucked out when Kewin (General Manager) picked up the phone on Saturday morning, and told me it was probably the chlorine in the drinking water supply, which they use in the spring to clean the pipes. He knew my location and said I was getting a heavy dose, and that I should run all the faucets and air out the house. IT WORKED! I am now back in my home. While there is a residual odor in the bathrooms, it is not as strong and I just keep the doors closed with the exhaust running. The County apparently front loads the chemical and then tapers the "dose." I fully expected an answering service and a home visit the following week, but Kewin was very sympathetic and told me to try this first before he sent anyone out. He has made a friend for life - I'm so grateful for his help, and to know that All Plumbing is here when I need them. (My neighbors also had a great experience with an extensive sewer service, and that is how I found All Plumbing.) more

New water heater and toilet leak. Excellent job! 2/1/2017

I called to receive a quote for a new water heater and they were the lowest of three companies and were available the next day for installation versus the other companies being available the following week at the earliest. The installation went well and would highly recommend them for water heater replacement. Several months later I had issues with a toilet leaking. They came out the following day and replaced some parts but the leak still occurred. After notifying them about the problem they came out the following day and fixed it free of charge. Everything now works great. I would highly recommend All Plumbing Inc. for any plumbing or water heater issues. Great service and nice people. more

Poor Customer Service Interaction 7/8/2016

I sent a set of plans a week ago and called today to see what was going on. The person who does the estimates is out of town and wont be back until next week. No one explained that to me on the front end. The person who took my call initially did not inform me of the delay and the supervisor who took my call today made no effort to move the process forward. He bragged about his great ratings so I thought I would write this one to balance out what they are like from my perspective. If they can't interact well on an estimate then it would concern me to allow them to do the job. more

Pleasant plumber. Fixed one out of three items successfully. 2/25/2016

Two of the "not working" plumbing devices needed new parts and the service person told me to call the respective manufacturers, get the part, and then they would come back, charge more, and install the parts. To have the flushing mechanism fixed for $250 was not a good match between labor and value. more

Asked a friend to recommend a plumber & she gave me All Plumbings info. Called Monday & they were here Tuesday. Not an emergency. Darin was the service man. He provided excellent service. Carefully explained the problem, did the work efficiently & cleaned up beautifully after. Will definitely use again more

All Plumbing Rocks!! 12/20/2014

We had a problem with a shower that was making a knocking noise and alternating between very hot and very cold. I called All Plumbing at 12:30 and the nice lady on the phone scheduled us for between 3 and 5. At 2:30 Mike called and said he would be at our house in 30 minutes. Right around 3 he pulled into the driveway. After I explained the problem, Mike disassembled the shower handle and removed it. The contractor had installed the shower enclosure in such a way that it required a great deal of ingenuity and care to remove the cartridge without losing the 4 retaining screws behind the enclosure. Mike figured out a way to do it, and thought that he had a replacement cartridge in the truck. It turns out that he had to go back to the All Plumbing shop in Arlington to get the part. Meanwhile, I had to leave the house to pick up my wife in DC. My son payed Mike after he returned and completed the repair. My wife and I got back and found the invoice to be much less than we were expecting to pay. We couldn't be more pleased with All Plumbing in general and Mike in particular. We will definitely use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!! more

Efficient and reasonably priced service. 12/17/2014

I had a very positive experience with All Plumbing. My plumber showed up on time, did a thorough diagnosis, and straightforwardly told me what needed to be done at what price. He showed me different things during the repair and I appreciated his expertise. The rates were very reasonable and I would use them again for my plumbing needs. more

The best plumber I have worked with in my 89 years of life! 12/12/2014

I called All Plumbing in my hour of need. I have a rental property in Arlington and the drain was clogged because the tenants had not kept the sink clean. They came to my rescue and fixed the drain. They are definitely number one on my list. I have had them do work for my house as well and they were very nice to work with. They are much better than other service providers that I have dealt with in my life. more

Sewer line replacement 6/6/2014

All Plumbing is the Urgent Care for plumbing issues. We have had the unfortunate circumstance to have several plumbing issues over the past 2 years and called All Plumbing to rescue us each time. On every occasion they scheduled technicians to arrive to the scene within 2 hours. Most of the time they came immediately. After snaking, jetting, video taping they came to the conclusion that our sewer lines leading to the county lines had collapsed under our parking lot. We were given an estimate of repair and time line for start and completion and within a weeks time we had the old lines removed and the new lines installed no residual mess. We have used All Plumbing for minor as well as major repairs and are extremely happy with the service that we have received. Kabir, Kewin, Jackie and the crew are neat, courteous, polite and go above and beyond to insure that we were taken care of. I have them on speed dial for all our office needs ! more

I have an old house in Arlington with "issues". I called on the day prior for a morning appointment. Lots of small plumbing issues around the house. Mike came on time, fixed everything, was professional and friendly too. Highly recommend!! more

Great 4/10/2014

The guy from All Plumbing did the dry wall and tile that was corroded. He was a very nice person and did a beautiful job. The customer service was excellent! A friend across the hall from me had the same thing with her bathroom but she called another plumbing service and when they were done, everything was covered in dust. I didn't have that problem because All Plumbing covered everything up. She also felt that she was gouged price-wise. So far, I'm pleased and everything's been great. more

Price was too high but service was excellent 12/29/2012

We needed someone to help us out on Christmas eve! Otherwise, we may have had a flood to wake up to on Christmas day. All Plumbing came to our rescue. The price was very high in my opinion for what they did to fix our problem. Very high cost. I would recommend them in an emergency, but not for regular service unless their normal cost is OK with your budget. more

Nice people, good service. 3/15/2012

All Plumbing came and worked on my house last week. The plumber was a nice guy. He did good work. Now, Tuesday they installed my toilet, and by Wednesday it worked well. I called back to tell them that so far there were no problems, say that I appreciate them, and note that they were nice and have good service. I called around other plumbers before All Plumbing, compared the different places, and was satisfied with choosing them. My only comment is that I was a little offended that the tech didn't finish the work within his time frame. When you set a fix-time, the tech should be there on time. That's the only thing about the service, it was just a little inconvenient when they say 10-12 in the morning and I wait until 1:30 or 2. That's my one comment for them to consider for the future, my advice. more

Excellent! 3/24/2011

Bryan came to my house. He was right on time. He was most pleasant. He was clean -- didn't make a mess, as some plumbers are known to do. I just wish I had known about All Plumbing when both of my toilets needed to be fixed. I will definitely ask for Bryan in the future. I plan to recommend All Plumbing (especially Bryan) to all of my neighbors. Thank you All Plumbing! more

All Plumbing came out when they said they could and had really topnotch equipment. I have an older house, and because it hadn't been snaked in a while it had built up. They did a really good job with what they did. They really helped out, and they know what they are doing. This in not my first time using them, but I don't remember the other time. I called because of the backup downstairs, it looked like the Titanic down there, and they had an industrial snake. I could never reach all the areas with my snake, but they have great equipment. I was very happy with that. I do think they were kind of expensive, but they knew what they were doing. They also told me every step of the way what they were doing. I always like to be there, because I like to ask questions, and they knew what they were doing. They also seem to show up with all the tools and parts they need, which is important too. more
