Review content:
I sent a set of plans a week ago and called today to see what was going on. The person who does the estimates is out of town and wont be back until next week. No one explained that to me on the front end. The person who took my call initially did not inform me of the delay and the supervisor who took my call today made no effort to move the process forward. He bragged about his great ratings so I thought I would write this one to balance out what they are like from my perspective. If they can't interact well on an estimate then it would concern me to allow them to do the job.
