I have been using about All Plumbing for about 3 years because they are prompt and the cost is reasonable. They have worked on a variety of issues for me, from repairing a dripping pot filler to fixing a running toilet. Their work on these projects has been excellent and I did not have any problems, which was why I continued to use All Plumbing.
My last experience with them, however, was subpar. The person who did the work did not seem to have the same work ethic as the others. He determined that there was a calcium build-up in my shower head and took out the mesh screen where the calcium had built up. He threw away that part and another part that controlled the water flow. My water bill ended up going up because I had heavy water flow instead of the efficient, low-flow I had previously. I had to reorder a new shower head and install it.
Also, the plumber made an adjustment to my soaking sink, where I wash my dog, and now I no longer have cold water. I was told to let it run to get cold, but I do not want to wait for cold water.
Previously, my experiences with All Plumbing were all good. I like how they call ahead when they are on their way. They have always resolved the issue and everyone they have sent to do the work has been very knowledgeable. I also have appreciated the care they take not to leave a mess of the area they work in.
I recommend All Plumbing because they are competent, capable plumbers, and the cost is very fair.
