This company has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, very disappointing. I booked All my Sons moving services a month in advance, and I called to confirm the day before. They confirmed, only to call back later and say they wouldn't be able to move at my scheduled time, that I had been bumped back. This was very upseting since I scheduled the move around my very tight and unflexible work schedule. The two people that I talked to on the phone were unsympathetic and made it sound like my problem. They took no responsiblity for their mistake and basically told me to deal with it. The man I spoke to on the phone was downright rude. To top it off when the movers actually arrived, they were soooo slow. They charged me for three hours when a year ago a different company moved the same amount of stuff in two hours. My husband walked into a room and actually saw the movers horsing around with each other. They were obviously attempting to stretch out the time in order to charge me more, which I can only imagine is a management directive. Slow, rude, and completely unprofessional - that's my synposis of this moving service.
Cons: don't hold appointments, slow movers, rude office workers
