My move was from a 1bed to another 20 minutes away. They moved very slow dragging the time out to do the move. The rarely worked together, which caused my furniture to be dragged on the ground, especially the bed. When I contacted mgt about hidden costs, the travel time and gas for thier truck, all I got was apology for not mentioning it to me prior. The cost was unbelievable on this move, I cannot recommend this company
