My wife brought our Dyson vacuum cleaner to this store to see about replacing the exhaust seals, which after nearly five years of use were no longer seating correctly. She also brought in a small vacuum cleaner that was no longer turning on, just to see if it was worth fixing.\r

However, rather than selling my wife the part we needed for the Dyson, he began lecturing my wife about how bagless vacuums are inferior, and then began manhandling the Dyson vacuum, banging it around and flipping it over, while telling her everything that was "wrong" with it. He (incorrectly) said that the gaskets couldn't be replaced; a whole exhaust assembly would need to be ordered. He also advised replacement of both filters (despite the fact that they are LIFETIME filters) and said the roller brush needed to be replaced. Total cost: $250!!
