I came here with my mom to pick up a new vacuum cleaner for our home and wound up buying a small handheld unit for my college dorm since the prices were so good. That was three years ago and I've been using that handheld vacuum regularly since then - it's sucked up crushed up Cheerios, my roommate's fish bowl's pebbles, dirt from my tipped over plant, and grass tracked in from campus. It's held up and works great - the quality of their products is wonderful and I'd buy from them again. I trust the merchandise they sell and know I'm not getting a lemon.
