Outstanding service! I had this company out to my house and I was very satisfied and wanted to let everyone know. I was moving out of one house and into a new one and I needed the carpets in both houses along with 2 couches done on a deadline. I started searching for companies a few days before I needed the work done and everything I fund was pricey or wouldn't let me schedule the appointment so soon. I found this company because of their coupons and when I called they were able to give me the exact date and time that I wanted and needed. I am so thankful! The technicians who came out were great. They were friendly and respectful and explained everything to me. It was a lot of work but they got it done in a decent time and for a good price. I would definitely reccommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning company. Well done! more

Job Was Done Well 4/3/2012

The job took about an hour and was done well. While I paid a bit more than I was quoted over the phone, all of the charges were explained to me before he started to work. Pet stains that were several years old were 90% removed from our white carpet. more

I hired this company a few weeks ago. I usually have another company I work with but I misplaced the number so I started shopping around. I found all flat rate and called because they were loaded with coupons (and I love coupons!lol) they offered me a free estimate so I had them come do it, I showed him my coupons and he gave me a GREAT price. So then they cleaned for me on the spot which I liked. They made it really easy on me. About a week after that one of my kids decided to walk up two sets of stairs, through the living room, a hallway and into a bedroom with mud all over his feet. It was a disaster! So I called them up and they were here within the hour. Both technicians who came were awesome and the prices are the best I've found. Thanks guys! more

I love All Flat Rate carpet cleaning! I found them about 6 years ago. They had business cards in my nail salon so I hired them and have been using them once a year ever since! The guys are always great! They're on time, they're polite and they always take good care of our home. Usually Eric and Sean come to the house and they are just wonderful, even the dog loves them. I usually have the whole house done, living room, basement, all my bedrooms, and sometimes the couches or my mattress. They give me great pricing too. The more I use them, the better deals I get. They also always bring me a ton of coupons that I can use whenever I need or give out to people I know. All in all, this is a great company and I hire them over and over and I recommend them to everyone! more

Hey, so I recently hired this company. I was really satisfied, so I just wanted to leave a nice review. My son had some bad food and threw up all over the back seat of my car. I wanted to get it cleaned quickly so as not to let the smell and bacteria seep into the seat. I hired All Flat Rate carpet cleaning, they came the same day and did a wonderful job. They were fast and responsive and gave me a good deal. I didn't realize how badly my car needed to be cleaned, it looks terrific. Everything looks new and it smells so good. Thanks guys. GREAT GUYS 1/16/2012

I RECENTLY GOT 2 NEW DOGS AND WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAINING THEM SO THEY LEFT SOME ACCIDENTS ALL OVER THE LOVESEAT, RECLINER AND SOFAS. IT WAS AN AWFUL MESS. SO I WENT LOOKING FOR A COMPANY, GOTTA SAY I LOVED THESE GUYS. THEY GAVE ME HANDS DOWN THE BEST PRICES AROUND, CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING PRETTY FAST. MY WIFE LIKES THEM CAUSE THEY HAVE TONS OF COUPONS ON THE WEBSITE. SHE ALSO HAD THEM CLEAN OUR MATTRESS , CURTAINS AND A LIVING ROOM CARPET. ALL IN ALL, THEY WERE GREAT. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO SATISFIED WITH A COMPANY AS I AM WITH THIS ONE. THANKS GUYS! more

Really Enjoyed This Company! 1/13/2012

Okay so I had bought some sofas from this antique shop nearby, I was really excited about them but after a few days I noticed there was some kind of bugs inside the couches(gross!) I wanted to get this cleaned RIGHT AWAY. So I looked up carpet cleaners, all flat rate carpet cleaning caught my eye because they had a special for $29 a room, and my house could have used a cleaning for a price like that! Anywho, I called them up and they were able to send me someone the same day which was awesome! The guy came and really worked hard on those couches! I was surprised by his determination to clean my furniture lol but he did a GREAT job. Then I had him clean some bedrooms and such. All in all it was a great experience. I was so happy, I just had to give a good review!!! Needless to say I have a business card and coupons taped to my refrigerator and I will be using this company again! more

Pleasantly Surprised :-) 12/9/2011

So I was looking to get my carpets done before the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas are at my house). I checked out sears, stanley steemer... the usual and they were just way too pricey. I needed my entire house done and they were giving me prices in the thousands!!! I found all flat rate carpet cleaning and no one could beat the price they gave me. I checked out some reviews and saw a lot of good stuff so I went ahead and scheduled with them. Well the guy who came was great. First thing he did was go over all the prices with me and only charged me $30 an area....seriously, other companies were charging $89 an area. So anyways he brought everything in, showed me all the equipment and stuff he was using. Then him and my husband moved the furniture around and he got to work. I had 11 rooms done, a few sets of stairs, hallways and some couches. It only took a few hours. Afterwards me and my husband went to dinner and b y the time we got back EVERYTHING was dry. I had a really great experience with this company and I will definitely be using them again and again :-) - D more

Had to Get My Carpets Cleaned, Very Lovely Experience.. 12/1/2011

The lease ended on my apartment so part of my agreement was to get the carpets cleaned. I've never hired a carpet cleaning company before so I was a little unsure of how to go about all this. I called a TON of companies. So many of them had all these coupons and discounts that I didn't know which one to pick. One company I spoke with sounded good so they came for a free estimate and TRIPLED the price they gave me on the phone. I was heated and kicked them out so once again I went looking for another company, I spoke with a girl at All Flat Rate and she was nice, answered all my questions and sent someone out to me the same day. The guy who came was wonderful. He went down a list of prices with me, showed me how he would clean it and everything he was using. He was friendly and on time. Even my dogs like him! The guy(I forget his name...) told me to open the windows up and all my carpets were cleaned within an hour. I was extremely satisfied and will be using this company again for sure! more

Great service! 11/30/2011

I hired this company last week to clean my carpets before christmas. I tried calling a few other companies but they were pricey and wouldn't let me pick my own appointment date. This company only charged me about $29 for all my bedrooms and I got to pick when they came. I liked the way they did my carpets so I actually added on two old wool rugs and some couches that had never been cleaned. There were two guys who came and they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. One man cleaned my air ducts while the other did the carpets. I would definitely RECOMMEND them to any friends looking to get anything done right! more

Worst Expereince of my Life with this Company 11/21/2011

This company is a bunch of scam artists. Showed up an hour late....showed up with equipment I could rent at any Stop and Shop. Water everywhere....left my bathrooms dirty because the had to keep filling and emptying buckets. What happened to truck mounted carpet cleaners. Got charged for services that weren't rendered. Bottom line I stop payment on my check and tried to talk to the people at this company. They were not responsive to my complaints and were rude. They threated to call the police because I stopped payment on the check....still waiting for a manager or someone in charge to call me back. Needless to say....never trust bait and switch artists - I had to clean my house after they left. Plus, it 2 days for my carpets to dry! They were soak and wet and the stains are still there - Totally not worth it - these people must be kidding! more

when I called flatrate carpet I didn't really believe that those ugly old stains, from the time my son was a baby, can come off. but I thought ""hey, at least it will smell good..."" when the job was done I couldn't believe my eyes: it was as good as new, not even a small sign that there was a stain! and the smell is great! so- it was worth every dollar. thank you all flat rate carpet more

Look for coupons on their website because it is worth it.I think they have a different phone number then the one on here though, I have 203 303 7311... anyways, they were very professional and friendly both on the phone and when they came to the house. They did a great job on all my carpets and couches. I had a heavy traffic area in the hallway leading to the living room that I thought would stay stained dark but they got it almost completely out. I didn't know I had to move furniture around so the technician did it for me with no charge. I saved a lot of money going with this company, I was able to find coupons in the mail but they were still pricey. Stanley Steemer offered to do the same job for $120 more, I checked out a lot of local businesses as well but these guys were the best deal and well worth the phone call. more
