Review content:
The lease ended on my apartment so part of my agreement was to get the carpets cleaned. I've never hired a carpet cleaning company before so I was a little unsure of how to go about all this. I called a TON of companies. So many of them had all these coupons and discounts that I didn't know which one to pick. One company I spoke with sounded good so they came for a free estimate and TRIPLED the price they gave me on the phone. I was heated and kicked them out so once again I went looking for another company, I spoke with a girl at All Flat Rate and she was nice, answered all my questions and sent someone out to me the same day.
The guy who came was wonderful. He went down a list of prices with me, showed me how he would clean it and everything he was using. He was friendly and on time. Even my dogs like him! The guy(I forget his name...) told me to open the windows up and all my carpets were cleaned within an hour. I was extremely satisfied and will be using this company again for sure!
