Review content:
This company is a bunch of scam artists. Showed up an hour late....showed up with equipment I could rent at any Stop and Shop. Water everywhere....left my bathrooms dirty because the had to keep filling and emptying buckets. What happened to truck mounted carpet cleaners. Got charged for services that weren't rendered. Bottom line I stop payment on my check and tried to talk to the people at this company. They were not responsive to my complaints and were rude. They threated to call the police because I stopped payment on the check....still waiting for a manager or someone in charge to call me back. Needless to say....never trust bait and switch artists - I had to clean my house after they left. Plus, it 2 days for my carpets to dry! They were soak and wet and the stains are still there - Totally not worth it - these people must be kidding!
