a word of caution 1/9/2011

Emilymm does know what she is talking about. I have also come across this man. His work is poor. He did lose his licenses: William J. Denham, Ashland: By default, the Board revoked Denham’s right to renew any of his lapsed licenses to practice in the electrician or systems professions. The Board found that Denham conducted electrical work with a lapsed license, failed to properly notify the Inspector of Wires that he had conducted electrical work and engaged in unfair and deceptive practices in the conduct of trade or commerce. more

Reliable, consistent and affordable. 1/3/2011

I have used Bill Denham for my hvac needs for quite some time now. As the owner of several rental properties, I am not usually on site when he is working. Despite that, I have found that he is where he says he is going to be, when he says he is going to be, and takes the job seriously. I've been happy with his work and thrilled with his pricing. I am not sure what the other reviewer was talking about as far as licensing...sounds to me like s/he probably doesn't know what they're talking about. Any time someone uses the word "confront" you gotta wonder about their state of mind. I am happy I don't have to deal with people like that in my line of work, that's for sure. more

Save your money 9/3/2008

I had Bill Denham the owner of All Energy Systems install a heating system for me. He never showed up on time, left me without heat for days at a time, made a mess of my house, and when I confronted him, he walked off the job leaving me without heat in the middle of March. He also refuses to refund the money I paid him in advance. I checked on him (too late for me anyway) and found out he is not licensed or insured. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go with a legitimate contractor and check his credentials first! more
