I have used Bill Denham for my hvac needs for quite some time now. As the owner of several rental properties, I am not usually on site when he is working. Despite that, I have found that he is where he says he is going to be, when he says he is going to be, and takes the job seriously. I've been happy with his work and thrilled with his pricing. I am not sure what the other reviewer was talking about as far as licensing...sounds to me like s/he probably doesn't know what they're talking about. Any time someone uses the word "confront" you gotta wonder about their state of mind. I am happy I don't have to deal with people like that in my line of work, that's for sure.
