Ralph was on time and very communicative when necessary. I had two motion sensor lights installed. After the project was finished, Ralph vacuumed the area and put everything back in place. I was very pleased with his service. I will use them again. more

Matt 3/31/2021

Matt was extremely professional and thorough in doing scheduled maintenance for my Generac generator. He made sure that my old battery indeed needed to be replaced before putting in a new one. Checked and cleaned all components thoroughly. Did not rush my appointment in order to get to his next scheduled appointment. Matt is an asset for All City Electrical. more

Super Service - Pulled Through and Bailed Me Out! 3/30/2021

I had originally contacted All City Electrical for some work to be done at the end of April. Found them online and saw all the positive reviews. My project became an emergency and the work needed to be completed within a couple of days. I reached back out on a Friday to see if I could expedite, but they were understandably completely booked and backed up given the time of year. I couldn't find anyone to come out. A couple of hours later I got a call back from them. They shuffled some thing around and made it work somehow. They came out Monday morning and completed the work. Fast, reliable, reasonably priced. Plus, totally bailed me out and didn't take advantage of me by charging extra. A+! Will 100% use again. Thanks guys! more

I've used All City Electrical a few times over the last 5 or 10 years, most recently about 3 weeks ago. No matter which technicians come out, they always do a great job. more

Pleasant and Respectful 3/2/2021

Jake was pleasant and respectful in providing very quick service. He made sure he had face covering, and when inside my house he put on foot coverings to avoid tracking dirt into the house. He was efficient in identifying and fixing my problem. more

Electrical work 2/28/2021

I was very happy with the electrical work done by Matt and Nick from All City Electrical. They were very honest and did everything I asked. One of the lanterns needed to be moved after they installed it so that the plugs could be accessed and they had no problem doing it. They were very willing to please. I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future. more

Electrical Service on Service line 2/22/2021

All City ElectrIcal has only Professionals. Everyone from Mike, Anna, Stanley, Nick, and Edgar are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, courteous, highly competent, and responsible. Stanley and Nick had to do work outside in the snow and never once did they complain. They always show up with a smile! more

Great job 2/17/2021

Matt and Nick B did a quick but very professional job installing a new EV charger in our (unheated) garage. They didn't like the appearance of a dangling cable from the outlet to the charger, so they fastened it to the wall. Nice touch! more

wall oven installation 1/27/2021

They installed a 220 volt electrical outlet for an electric wall oven that need to be installed. They quickly got to work that to took a little over an hour. They arrived on time and were were friendly and respectful. They also left the work area clean including the packaging of the appliance. The oven works well as expected. more

Chandalier 1/22/2021

Matt and Nick fixed a difficult chandelier problem. All City had inspected it previously and needed to order parts and this was the final fix once the parts came in. Professional, courteous and respectful of the house. No complaints about All City, just annoyed that chandelier drop/winch mechanisms can be so difficult to work with. more

A go-to resource for electrical work 12/11/2020

We were very pleased with the work done by All City Electrical's staff, from the initial contact and survey of the job site, to the work itself. The staff goes above and beyond the norm in order to make sure the client is satisfied. For example, I got a complete tutorial in how to run the generator to the breaker board that included help in setting up the generator out of the box. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical work done on their home. more

Bathroom socket replacement 11/19/2020

Jacob and Edgar did the necessary electrical repair on my bathroom socket efficiently, were polite and explained what may have caused the problem. I have always had good experiences with All City,s workers and would recommend them for your electrical needs. The socket was was replaced with an upgraded product for safety.. more

PROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S FINEST 11/18/2020

All City Electrical is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. I most recently had Raphael and Edgar install and repair several electrical units in my home and had the best experience. They wore masks and booties upon entering my home, and already had a plan of action for which tasks to complete first. They removed all garbage and even vacuumed any debris. Exceptional work in a timely fashion. I already have them scheduled to come back for more work. Thank you All City Electrical! more

Generator Tune-up 11/18/2020

I have been dealing with All City Electrical for the past 5 years, to include the purchase and installation of a whole house emergency generator, as well as other minor electrical services. I have found that all of the technicians that have provided service to me, have been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Additionally, the areas serviced have always been left spotlessly clean. I highly recommend All City for electrical services. more

Generator interlock switch panel and receptacle installation 9/25/2020

The All City Electrical service tech Steve did an outstanding job on installing a new electrical panel to accomodate an outside generator with interlock, switch and outdoor receptacle. Their work was excellent took a minimum of time was neat and the equipment installed correctly. They thoroughly covered the steps on how to use the interlock switch and panel and the sequence of hooking up the generatoe, cable and how to activate the power into our household system. Super job. Very satisfied. more
