I called to inquire about service. Michael V. called back, was informative and up front regarding any fees. He was able to squeeze me in for that day. Robert and Edgar arrived, both were very respectful, patient, knowledgeable and nice. They were prompt and gave me a call in advance before arrival. They assessed the lighting problem in our home. Eureka, we now have lights!!!! Thank you Robert, Edgar and Michael. Also note, I didn't catch her name but the woman who initially took my call was also very nice and helpful. Great customer service at every level with this company. I will definitely refer them to others and use them again. So pleased with the service that I have already discussed future projects. Robert and Edgar were up and down my stairs working to get the issue resolved and it took them less than 2 hours!!! Thank you TEAM!
