Worst people to move with, They lie, Overcharge and break the stuff. I usually donot write the review but this time I decided so that other people should be carefull before moving...

Great expience 12/10/2013

Dedicated staff which stays on and you meet time again if needed. Timely, quick. Clean up spotless after each move. Flexible and try to acomodate even last minute and help you bring cost of move down if you are flexible as well. Will recommend with pleasure more

I did a lot of research on movers before I chose ALL AMERICAN VAN LINES, they moved me from Manhattan to New Jersey. The men were efficient, and did quality work , I had received an estimate from them prior to the move and it was exactly what they told me . Used again and again, and referred again and again 12/10/2013

I have used this company many times. They are fantastic and reliable, and the prices are really fair. I used them for 3 moves over the past 10 years, and the crews are always helpful and trying to please. The office goes out of their way to accommodate. Every friend I have ever referred to this company has thanked me afterwards (lost track - but probably 6 or 7). I have no doubt recommending this company more

Completely surprised by the professionalism 12/10/2013

I live in Brooklyn and needed to move. Where does one begin to look for a moving company? My wife and i searched yelp, Google, yellow pages and Facebook. A friend highly recommended All American Van Lines and figured we would get a quote. They were so pleasant and respectful not only over the phone but the movers as well. They treated our stuff so delicately and far surpassed my expectations of a moving company. I give the highest of recommendations based purely of personal experience. more

I've never seen people work so hard to pack up a house. I hired All American Van Lines based upon how hard I was told they worked but I was still skeptical. Nobody works that hard to load up a van. But to their credit the workers didn't loaf around and were good natured and worked until the job was all finished. Their company turned an all day event into a 2 hour window. My family was able to get on the road and continue with our move with little hitch.\r more

Very accommodating movers. 12/5/2013

All American Van Lines did an interior move for me. My things and furnishings never went out onto the truck, but were instead moved within my house. They were very cooperative the whole time. They were willing and able to do what I asked them to do. more

All American Vanlines sent me a team of movers that took the utmost care when handling my belongings. Their movers were quick and efficient, and I didn't need to lift a finger to assist them. I was a little worried about price changes and hidden costs at the end of my move, but All American Vanlines sent me a professional on site estimator to build me binding quote. It was such a relief to know the total cost of my relocation up front, and that allowed me to focus on other aspects, like finding a great apartment in my new location. Highly Recommend! 11/5/2013

We called on Thursday to schedule a move on Tuesday from LI to PA with no problem! Rate was great compared to other quotes we received, plus All American could schedule us for pick up and delivery on the same day. James in the office was very helpful and answered all our questions (rate, tolls, truck size, times, packing materials, crew size, etc.) before I even had a chance to ask and then emailed me the info so there would be no errors. Cisco and John were on time, polite and professional. Furniture was wrapped, taped, boxed and padded - no chance of ANY damage (there was none.) We also were moving a 5 piece 100 year-old fragile dining room set (with original glass) that they cared for like they owned it. Table needed to be disassembled to get through the door and Cisco handled it all like a pro. Arrived in PA with no problems and reassembled and set up everything. James promised the team would be done and gone by 5 pm and Cisco and John were out by 4:30 pm. We highly recommend this more

Need improving soft skills 9/25/2013

I had to take up relocation to a new city with a new job in hand and was a little uncertain about the movers that I should hire for relocation and a colleague from office suggested I move with All American Van Lines. On the moving day the guys were on time and I found them to be committed with their work. There were frequent power cut problems because of that my elevator refused to comply but these guys did manage to carry off the load on their strong backs and shoulders. .The total move took me 3 hours time. The only issue I had that these guys called in several times before reaching my address and it came to me that they had a hard time in locating us. more

They surely deserve business 9/18/2013

I do recommend All American Van Lines as we had them move us and I found the team crew to be professional and polite Not to mention at every instance they complemented us for our decision in choosing them and how easy they got us moved ! Not sure if this was because we did 90 % of the packing which was done by us when they got there whatever they carefully guarded the truck. They made a secondary trip to our 6 x 5 storage unit and had it cleared out in less than 45 mins. I think this company stood by their promise and they surely deserve business. more

Move with ease and comfort 9/18/2013

It was a pleasure to have movers from All American Van Lines. They were professional, with their work and also helpful. The move included furniture and artwork as well as usual boxes. Some of the furniture required disassembly and reassembly, which was accomplished quickly and without any problem whatsoever. The office staff handled all the initial arrangements and the entire team of the crew members knew their work well . The main focus was their moving team for the patience and hard work with which they took our move with ease and comfort. Thanks. more

On time, careful, great movers. 7/29/2013

I used guys from All American Van Lines to move us from my old apartment to new apartment. For a long time hiring movers was a expensive deal but this time it was a question of convenience and my unwillingness to take help from my friends into helping me. These guys moved my bedroom within a notice of 2 days. On the moving day they arrived on time and their service was clean and professional. They even gave me a ride to the new place! I just had them move some belongings on Friday, and it was a perfect move ! On time, careful, great movers. more

I highly recommend them 7/16/2013

I do not have a single complaint about All American Van Lines and I simply found them to be of a great.help. I checked out 1 other company and found them returning my telephone call within 24 hours and even received a post-move call to see if there were any problems. On the day of the move, two guys –came along with their big truck and arrived within the agreed time period. Items were brought to the truck quickly but with great care and I found a small dent on the main door which I pointed over and they readily helped to mend it. They made great effort not to break or damage anything and placed the boxes in the designated areas. . I highly recommend them. more

The guys from All American Van Lines moved me last weekend and i couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from them .The sales rep did her best to explain me all the info in great detail and I immediately decided to book them. On the moving day 2 well built guys arrived and they were courteous, and also fast. The total amount came out approx $500 well under the estimate and my stuff was treated with great care.. These guys really came out as pros and were worth the money spent. Everything was totally above board and went smooth as a cakewalk. Thanks. more

Just wanted to send All American Van lines a quick thank you thank you thank you! These guys were awesome - not only did they squeeze me into their calendar fairly last minute, but they stuck to their estimate, showed up on time, and they had a Yelp deal up. What else could you ask for?\r \r Two guys showed up at 8:30am (as promised), had everything moved out by 10am - and this included a massive sectional, queen sized bed, enormous dresser, about 12 large boxes, a 42in tv, and a 7ft mirror. Everything was handled with care and wrapped up to ensure a smooth transition to my new apartment.\r \r While moving my dresser into my new place, one of the workers lost his footing and there was a small chip in my dresser - not only did they immediately tell me what happened, they called their office, offered a solution and apologized profusely. Chances are I wouldn't have noticed the chip unless they said something, but this just proves what kind of company All American Van lines are...They take pride in their work, have amazing customer service, and genuinely care about their customers. Good Things indeed 6/30/2013

I called movers from All American Van Lines a week before we had to move and they had the best quote of the 2 companies I managed to inquire with and I readily booked them up for the coming booking for Monday. They packed and moved us within 4 hours from our 1800 sq ft. co-op building and respected all of the building rules, as not to get us in trouble. Not only did they dismantle all of our furniture they also put it back together at our new location and helped us place everything in the right place. We also entrusted them with packing our entire kitchen, computers, artwork and clothing. The boxes were labelled and were organized well and anything fragile was wrapped beyond what it really needed, a good thing indeed. Cheers. more
