DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM! All they care about is getting your money, nothing else. The customer service... wait, there is no customer service. The front desk gatekeepers treat you like trash and they will all give you a different answer. No one really knows what is going on there and the manager has asked them to not give out her information. So caring, right?! more

I strong recommend you go elsewhere. My daughter broke her leg, I gave 2 weeks notice during a month I had already paid, understanding that I would lose the money for the month of lessons and they sent me a bill telling me their billing calendar went for another week so I needed to pay that too, even though they knew she could not attend, but out of the goodness of their hearts they would give me 5 open gym passes to use, instead of the 1 like they normally do! Anyone else see the stupidity here? How the heck is she suppose to use open gym passes with a broken leg? I am a pretty patient person and understand rules and contracts, but this is just maddening! I have never been more upset with an organization. They care nothing about anything but their pocketbooks! more

just moved here a couple months ago, wish i would have read more of the reviews...they are HORRIBLE! RUDE! act like they are the only gymnastics place in utah county...um duh you are not. problems (to name a few): disorganized, lack luster, boring for the kids, one of the teachers kept grabbing harshly on the little girls (4yrs) arms to pull them to the bar to do different stunts on the bar, one of them was crying hysterically...one of the teachers kept stopping by where she put a diet coke to get a drink inbetween stations...not personal - they dont remember the kids names. OVERPRICED! did i mention rude? more

This place is great! I love the organization and attention to skill development! Great facility, and great instructor knowledge! You can't get better around Utah Valley! If you want to really want your child(ren) to succeed, take them here! more

Do not attend or sign any contract with this company. They say they send out bills but don't. My girl went for one month and they charged me a total of $343. Don't trust them. Don't participate. Don't sign up. Avoid this company or you will regret it. There is no intergrity or ethics at this business. Pros: No pros Cons: All Cons more
