I strong recommend you go elsewhere. My daughter broke her leg, I gave 2 weeks notice during a month I had already paid, understanding that I would lose the money for the month of lessons and they sent me a bill telling me their billing calendar went for another week so I needed to pay that too, even though they knew she could not attend, but out of the goodness of their hearts they would give me 5 open gym passes to use, instead of the 1 like they normally do! Anyone else see the stupidity here? How the heck is she suppose to use open gym passes with a broken leg? I am a pretty patient person and understand rules and contracts, but this is just maddening! I have never been more upset with an organization. They care nothing about anything but their pocketbooks!
